The Dribble Around Cone & Pass Relay Race™ soccer drill is for soccer players ages 7 and older (U8, U10, U12, U14 to Adult). Definitely try this. This game teaches many important things including speed dribbling, kicking the ball while running, turning, Aggressive Receiving and one-touch play. Aggressive Receiving and one-touch play are 2 very important things to teach. You will see fast results, the set-up is easy and every player is either a dribbler/passer or a receiver, so every player is active in this game and there is a 50% ball ratio.
